CME accreditation has been requested from the European Accreditation Council for Continuing Medical Education (EACCME): 11 credits granted.
Language
The language of the workshop is English.
Visas and Letters of Invitation
Visas are not required for visitors from most of European Countries. For all other countries, visas are issued on a reciprocal basis. It is advisable to contact the local Czech Republic Embassy or Consulate.
If required, a personal "letter of invitation" to facilitate the obtaining of visa or supporting funds for participation in the symposium could be issued by the conference secretariat (). It should nevertheless be understood that this letter could not be considered as a commitment of the organisers to provide any financial support. This letter will be sent only to participants already registered.
Forms of Payment
When registering for the “Quality in Endoscopy: Obesity & nutrition” symposium, please arrange payment of the registration fee. All payments must be made in Euros. Participants may choose between the forms of payment below. We recommend payment via credit card.

- Bank transfer to the conference bank account (all bank collection fees are the sole responsibility of the registrant).
Confirmation of Registration
Upon receipt of the registration form and the corresponding payment, each participant will receive a confirmation, which also serves as receipt. Please present this confirmation of participation at the registration counter when picking up your conference material.

Cancellation Policy
Cancellations of Congress participation: Notice of cancellation should be sent in writing only to the ESGE Secretariat. In case of cancellation by January 26, 2014 the payment will be refunded, minus a handling charge of € 50. No refund will be made after January 26, 2014.
Changes to the Congress programme: In the event of cancellations by speakers or other changes in the main conference program, no full or partial refund of the registration fee can be made.
